During a Time and Space residency awarded by Margate Pride and CRATE Studio and Project Space, I had three weeks in which I explored recurring themes on repetition, spiralling and agency, drawing from my family of origin history.
The opportunity afforded me the freedom to try physical installation, object making and visual practices (drawing, tracing, word and film). I also used this time to develop music composition practices built from recordings of music improvisations of myself on the piano and Louise Walters on violin.
